sh77 operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. All operations comply with applicable Philippine gaming laws.
All transactions on sh77 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are the supported payment channels.
sh77 services are available exclusively to individuals physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Access from prohibited jurisdictions is not permitted.
All bonuses on sh77 are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom are not withdrawable until stated conditions are met.

By creating an account on sh77.bio, accessing the platform, or using any of the Services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the sh77 Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the sh77 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms as amended from time to time.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and sh77 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
To register and maintain an active account on sh77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
sh77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Winnings generated by ineligible players are subject to forfeiture.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on sh77. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your account details whenever information changes. sh77 is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the Player, including incorrect payment details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sh77 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using correct login credentials will be attributed to you. Notify sh77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. sh77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ₱100 per month to inactive accounts with a positive balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Account balances will not be reduced below zero.
sh77 is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all registered players before processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, before permitting deposits above specified thresholds. The KYC process requires submission of the following documents:
sh77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges. sh77 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and reports suspicious transactions as required by law.
Deposits to sh77 accounts are accepted via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. sh77 does not charge deposit fees on GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer fees, if any, are determined by the originating financial institution. Deposits are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance upon confirmation of receipt.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. sh77 targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for GCash withdrawals and same-day processing for bank transfers submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). sh77 does not guarantee processing times for withdrawals where additional verification is required.
sh77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or where an applicable regulatory hold applies. Withdrawal requests may be declined where the source of funds cannot be verified to sh77's and PAGCOR's satisfaction.
All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). sh77 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by sh77 are subject to specific wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits as stated in the individual promotion terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to a Player's account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are stated on a per-promotion basis. Unless otherwise specified, wagering on baccarat, roulette, and other low-edge table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%) toward wagering requirement completion.
sh77 prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using low-risk betting patterns to complete wagering requirements with minimal variance; collusion between players to exploit promotional offers; and any other conduct that sh77 determines in its sole discretion to constitute an attempt to unfairly extract value from promotional offers. sh77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse is detected, and to terminate the accounts of players who engage in such conduct.
All games available on sh77 operate according to published game rules accessible within each game interface. Where sh77 uses third-party game providers — including but not limited to JDB, CQ9, Jili, PG Soft, and Pragmatic Play — the applicable game provider's rules govern the game outcome in the event of any dispute.
sh77's Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and live dealer operations are subject to independent certification and periodic audit in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are theoretical long-run averages and do not represent guaranteed outcomes for any individual session.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during a game round, sh77 will endeavor to resolve the outcome in accordance with the game's rules and the platform's technical logs. sh77's determination of the game outcome in such circumstances is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sh77 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:
All content on sh77.bio — including but not limited to the sh77 brand name, logo, platform interface, game assets, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of sh77 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the sh77 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content from sh77.bio may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of sh77.

Players who wish to self-exclude may do so through their account settings or by contacting sh77 support. sh77 will not knowingly accept deposits from, or permit gaming by, Players who have submitted a self-exclusion request. Players subject to a PAGCOR-administered exclusion order must not create or attempt to create an account on sh77.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sh77's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of Real Money Funds held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.
sh77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from: platform downtime or technical failures; delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions; errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected; or Player decisions made on the basis of information published on the platform.
Nothing in this clause shall operate to exclude or limit sh77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
sh77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon account closure for breach, sh77 may forfeit any Bonus Funds in the account. Real Money Funds remaining in a closed account (where no fraud is suspected) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of any pending investigations, subject to applicable legal holds.
Players may voluntarily close their sh77 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the sh77 platform, or the services provided therein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before commencing formal legal proceedings, Players are required to raise disputes with sh77 through the official support channel. sh77 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Disputes relating to game outcomes will be reviewed by the sh77 technical team and, where applicable, escalated to the relevant game provider. PAGCOR's dispute resolution process is available to Players who are not satisfied with sh77's resolution.
sh77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the registered email address at least fourteen (14) days before the amended terms take effect. For non-material changes, sh77 may update the Terms & Conditions without prior notice, with the revised version effective immediately upon publication on sh77.bio.
Continued use of the sh77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
